The Health & Continence is located at 235 Greenfield Road in South Deerfield Massachusetts.  It is approximately 30 minutes north of the Massachusetts Turnpike at Springfield Massachusetts up I91

From the South

Take I 91  North  to exit 24. Turn right onto routes 5 & 10.  Travel 2.4 miles.  The Health & Continence Institue is on  the left.  You will see the white and blue Health & Continence Institute sign on the glass double doors.

From the North

Take I 91 south to Exit 25.  Turn left off ramp.  Proceed to stoplight and turn left ontl Route 5 & 10 north.  Travel 1 mile.  The Health & Continence Institute is on the left.  You will see the white and blue Health & Continence sign on the glass double doors.

 The Health & Cotinence Institute is located midway between Yankee Candle and Magic Wings.
